Mirenco has seen several new business developments in the last few months that
are expected to significantly increase sales of Mirenco product and service in
2012. Whayne Supply has worked for several years building recognition of Mirenco
products and service through the Caterpillar Dealer network. Fleets that
Caterpillar dealers service operate expensive diesel powered equipment that burn
large amounts of diesel fuel each year. Our sales and growing number of new
clients indicate Mirenco technology is taking root and becoming established as
an economic solution for reducing vehicle operation costs.
I am pleased the new MDEP diesel combustion diagnostic unit I have talked about
for the last 18 months will be officially introduced in January of 2012. This
new unit was developed for Mirenco by AutoLogic for speed and simplicity
conducting diesel engine combustion efficiency measurements. MDEP equipment
provides diesel service professionals a way to identify the early stages of
combustion loss. Mirenco’s MDEP technology and reporting service provides
vehicle owners fuel savings and extended engine life. Engine combustion problems
can be measured and fixed months and years sooner by simply measuring diesel
fuel chemistry as it exits an engine’s exhaust.
The new MDEP diagnostic equipment can send diesel engine combustion data
wirelessly to Mirenco’s database in a matter of seconds. The MDEP data is then
processed through Mirenco’s proprietary database and returned to the customer in
less than 5 minutes. The Mirenco MDEP combustion reports also provide
recommendations that helps mechanics service combustion problems in less time.
Starting in 2012 Mirenco will be working direct with a large Global Mining
operation. The company will be conducting their own MDEP combustion evaluations
using the new Mirenco MDEP combustion Diagnostic evaluation system. The mining
operation plans to conduct MDEP evaluations each time their vehicles are
serviced. This Global mining operation runs heavy diesel machines 24 hours a day
7 days per week. The number of MDEP evaluations and Mirenco combustion
reports for each engine is expected to grow into a significant daily number by
the end of 2012.
