Mirenco is pleased to announce the upcoming Mirenco shareholder meeting  on Saturday, December 19, 2009. Mirenco is honored to have Edwin Downer, General Manager of Whayne Supply’s new Technology Division and Dale Hikes, Emissions and Performance Engineer at this year’s shareholder meeting. Mr. Downer and Mr. Hikes will speak on behalf of Whayne Supply Company, the local Caterpillar dealer in Kentucky and Southern Indiana and exclusive Mirenco distributor for North America. The 2009 Mirenco shareholder meeting promises to be an exciting event as much has unfolded during the year as Whayne Supply and Mirenco have moved forward with the exclusive distribution agreement for North America that began on January 13 of 2009. The meeting will begin at 10 am and is expected to conclude around noon.
