I am pleased to announce this past Saturday’s Shareholder meeting provided
shareholders with a positive outlook of Whayne Supply’s intentions to expand
Mirenco’s products and services throughout
Whayne Supply
and the Caterpillar
network of dealers in 2010.

Whayne Supply Technology Division
and
Dale Hikes
, Emissions and Performance Engineer presented at this
year’s meeting on behalf of Whayne Supply.
Whayne Supply’s Technology Division was recently established to focus
primarily on Mirenco in addition to other technologies.

Presentations by both Mr. Downer and Mr. Hikes were very informative and
explained the benefits of Mirenco’s technology for their customers. Mr. Downer explained the various
approaches that Whayne Supply is developing to expand Mirenco technology this
coming year. Some of these
approaches include performing the Mirenco Diesel Evaluation Procedure (MDEP
) and
installation of C-Max technology on Whayne’s new, used, and certified rebuilt
and rental equipment as well as the companies over the road fleet of vehicles.
An online site,
https://mirencodealer.whayne.com, has been developed to provide dealers with
extensive information on Mirenco technology including product and service
technical specifications, sales and marketing tools and materials, report
examples, product and service support and much more. Various sales and marketing materials
including an informational video, mailers and equipment stickers have been
developed to support future Mirenco dealers.

As Whayne Supply and Mirenco move forward in 2010, Whayne Supply will be focusing
on expanding the number of Caterpillar dealers that offer Mirenco technology to
their customers. Whayne Supply will
accomplish this by taking advantage of the strong communication channels between
Caterpillar dealers in North America.
